There is no proof. QSGI had a tight share structure when they traded on the big board earlier. The 190 million will be used for aquisitions hence increased shares will bring increased revenues and cash flows. This cannot be refuted, says so on website and filings.
Big plans here, don't get shaken out of your shares now. You will regret it later IMO.
