It is bad. I've seen a pink sheet do this, but not a NASDAQ $5 billion (in revenues) company. Just goes to show you, there are good companies, but bad stocks. But this company got a delisting notice. If they really do get delisted, and go OTCBB or pink, I could see the whole 10 billion a/s get gobbled up. Then they will have to reapply for listing, which could take months. I'm still watching this with a buying interest, but the longer I wait, the smarter I get.
