slaphappy, isn't it the point that new shares are being used not only for equipment, but for G&A expenses too, and that to put the mine into full production, significant dilution will be required before there is any appreciable revenue is generated.

In fact, is it not true that beside further share dilution, there is the strong possibility that MYNG will require a joint venture partner because of its lack of liquidity?
