This is what Glenda's 750 CSR looked like in '82+/-.......

A perfect "...starter bike...", IMHO. It was also righteously priced, since it was designed to compete with the Limey putts and wasn't super successful in that market. But, a real good machine none-the-less. It had excellent road manners, good balance/traction and very adequate braking. Being a twin, it was just thumpy enough to have a little attitude - while being very economical and easy to insure.
