I did just speak with Mr. Turrini and what you're saying has some truth. Mr. williams wants $13000 to copy the "records" before releasing them as he wants to retain them for his "own investigation." Mr. Turrini noted that Mr. Williams has had 2 years to conduct any type of investigation he wanted. He stated both our Attorney & CFO have sent written demands to Mr. Williams asking for the "records."

Our conversation was cut short as Mr. Turrini was in a hurry checking out of a hotel in New York and was leaving for appts. I feel compelled to make public that he stated he was in New York to pursue two licensing deals with two companies. This is positive but I'm not sure if I can trade on this information, but now it's public, correct? I've accumulated nicely over the past 6+ years so I'll hold off for counsel.

so I gave the link now answer the question.

why would one be sorry at a particular hour on saturday if one supported ed and dave

to answer your other question -

1) dave put a ton of moola in to the company - as reported on this board
2) dave has a ton of shares as evident on the form filings
3) regarding the financials, i'll put $500 towards that 13k bill that you and a few other keep complaining about. Frankly, it wouldn't surprise me in the least if Dave were to put $1000 toward that 13k bill too.
4) Furthermore if what you suggest is true and this meeting is all about some accusations about dave and ed starting at 1PM - then they should have spent the meeting money to go get the records and get us closer to the pinks. if however, they DO have a deal to announce and they won't focus on accusations then why wouldn't they have spent the 13k in anticipation of that deal. that's an easy enough answer - because they must not anticipate anything...ie there is no deal...

bc CT has no track record for deals. also just go back and read his q&a session with williamson - near the time he got fired in 2007 4thQ. no one and I mean no one for the shareholders would have done that so easily (easily = quickly = dubiously =maybe spitefully?). Let me say it again....I STRONGLY URGE YOU TO READ WHAT HE SAID - IT IS PLAIN SAD it is available on pacer. it is so childish. but in his defense - he has never worked at a decent sized or successful company so he has no real tangible experience with seeing how it is done right in that kind of environment. also look at who his day to day role models were in this environment...its sad...only sharma had some decent experience. ct's just the wrong horse for the race - plain and simple - there's no pedigree. I think i heard he graduated from law school but can't even call himself an attorney...another example of his struggle to cross the finish...ie closing the deal (even if it's for himself)...

1) he didn't show up in Dec 2006 and dd gets that crazy judgement? why?
2) he did that crazy depo near after his termination? why?
3) these current terms have dd getting a large us % and 100% ROW - it isn't even final yet and not published. even if does close - the terms are terrible. how is that CLYW can settle with Tmobile, but then Drago settles with DT? - come on people this is just plain lame...

"Also, why aren't you concern that a board member, allegedly, is refusing to turn over the financials..."

I can tell you why I'm not concerned about that sort of an unfounded and self serving allegation... coming from Turrini.

First, because the guy who is clearly behind the effort in making the accusation is a proven liar... which you pointed out yourself, recently, in disagreeing with him on things he'd just said, in print.

Second, because CLYW under Turrini has a long history of spinning yarns based on half truths... and I've never found it useful to believe only that half of a whole truth that someone else wants me to believe. CLYW's history, whether under Turrini or Pattin, or before them... clearly requires being cautious about those sorts of things that the company management just "pitches" out there.

Third, because I keep asking basic questions about how this situation that is apparently the basis for the accusation came about... and no one appears to have any interest in addressing any aspect of that questioning. In my experience, when the fourflushers are avoiding the easy and obvious questions... there is a REASON they're avoiding them.

Here the effort being made clearly smacks of that sort of thing... where the whole truth is being deliberately avoided... in order to try to direct some incorrect action based only on the half of it. The effort made whipping up a mob intending to have them lynch Dave "because he has the records"... is pretty clearly one of those things that looks like a "half the story" issue.

If Dave "has the records" because he snuck into Turrini's office, stole them, and won't give them back... that is one thing.

If Dave "has the records" and won't give them back... because he fished them out of the dumpsters behind the office after Turrini tossed them out, or abandoned them, etc., well, then, those aren't even the company's records anymore, rather than Dave's records...

I'll decide whether there is anything to this "records" business after I hear the whole truth, and nothing but the truth, about it... and, until then, I'll continue to think that it is what it looks like... company officers and insiders leaking half truths for some purpose that isn't about generating any benefit for the shareholders.
