i now you're a very great believer in this Compagny but you must be realistic, the price is down 75-80% from august this year. This means to me nothing more than dilution and how can you investors do believe this is not a scam if you dilute like hell.

well, it did say this

"increase in preferred stock to accomodate the issuance"

so I'm guessing, not 3 bil, but enough to match the OS, what ever it is now.
