Thats reassuring to hear. I wanted to make sure they were going to be the parent co. or single entity upon entry to the new exchange. This conversion is a first for me; in that I'm holding through it. Just cant help but wonder if the share structure will change soon. Imo, too many shares out there...but dont care for a split.

How the hell they are going to do it in 1 to 1 ratio when last time I checked they had only 20mln preferred shares?
