No. But obviously the market is anticipating it. Several other miners took a hit today too but with the spread on this thing, the MM's can really move it drastically.
Delay of Production is coming from a lack of Air permit and the approaching winter snow. I'm now thinking spring 2012 IF they get air and if they can keep paying staff etc. That's 7- 8 months away. Lode said they would be in production in 2008,09,10,11. Last straw for me.
The question came from the last conference call. "IF" and knowing the current management a "BIG IF" was stated.
There was a glitch on starting certain functions. CMI was denied the start of some functions until the air quality permit was finalized. That puts the pouring of cement etc. in question if ground temperature gets too cold.
People wanted more transparency and that is what they were doing. I did not consider this a real company until Nov 2009 when Moelis came on board.
