These guys have literally had years to deal with this. Should never have come to this point after all the ramp up.

This permit has NOTHING to do with MINING. IF this is why people are selling then I feel sorry for them. On top of the fact this permit has nothing to do with mining the exploration permit they were issued and is now being appealed wasn't actually needed by the company. They can still do all the exploration they want up to a certain distance from households and to a certain depth.
