HF's own about $2 billion in Wamu debt. The Judge did mention that it's possible that equitable disallowance can happen upon further investigation. What the EC can do is try to get them on our side to pressure JPM and the FDIC to kick in money. Now of course include the FJR and who knows.....This is where the mediation will become very important.
Don't forget also that the WMMRC is significantly under valued based off the judges opinion. The NOL"s should be worth atleast 5 billion... There is value in WMMRC that equity could be the sole owner...
