I just filled out my proxy and voted yes. Looking back I see I have some shares bought at .50 last May and some others that I bought at the beginning of December for .24. Now, I should have paid more attention to your seasonality theory Marcos and bought more in December. Still, I was tempted even yesterday to take some other shares at .38 and if I don't get some next week then I think I might just regret it six months from now.

What do you think?

Can only attend the AAS meeting as NGT at same time, but
plan to meet NGT directors well before meetings for a chat.
I have great respect for these guys, after all there would
be no Salamandra to work on without their success getting
the thing.

<Amex listing> Only listing plans I can recall is a Director
(now relocated to Toronto for better access) saying that a
VSE listing was desired and would give better access to the
kind of capital needed eventually. Don't know the latest on
this, will try to find out.

Right now because of the restrictions prior to amalgamation
I don't expect to get any news. At last June Conference
Russwinter and I had lunch with Chester Millar and John McCluskey of Alamos, and I was pleased that they were
moving forward, but limited by the mind-numbing JV details
(PDG and Kennecott also, very complex). Now thats over but
the merger means more of the same.

<current trading> Don't have a clue except the blizzard of
NGT paper to wade thru (and AAS paper came due in Nov and
had a similar effect. I have been adding from time to
time (80k Fri) so its not me. Think last Apr-may was overdone
and I have expected it would take 345 to get the PF back to
the old POG 325. Now at 355 and I'm still down 15% from then
so WTFDIK (some of those days were dazzling, eh Marcos, would
like about 3 more pyramid replays).

My hope is for someone to buy this out, but not for a small
premium, wait til at least 420 gold !
