Your alternate explanation is possible. The PPS did hit a low of
$.0010, but has since climbed back to .0016. I am not certain
that it has returned to its normal level, though. We shall see, but
I like to think positively about the performance of and capability
of the company. So I will be more optimistic while waiting.
