I've been wanting a motorcycle for a while, as I posted on this thread, and made myself a deal based on my trading account when I was going to get one.

So I've really been reading up on this stuff.

I've determined that I want a Valkyrie or one of the new 1300's from Honda.

I'm a pretty big dude and I found out after riding my counsin's that I need a big bike to haul my fat carcass.

I'm strongly leaning towards the 1300 as a starter and if I really want a big bike, moving to the Valk next.

I found two used 1300's for about $8500. 2003 models.

And I found two used Valks. A 2001 with 1500 miles on it for $8900. And a 2000 with 9k miles for $8500.
