Another thought is, could those you spoke to on the phone have been instructed to keep quiet about anything they may know about this? Seems feasible to me.
I agree the clerks sometimes don't know how they get to work.
People are you all really going to bother the companies where Tivus is trying to do business. This should help the company! You guys are only making matters worse and being a nuisance, and quite frankly looking silly. Come on and leave that to the professionals. This country has enough journalists and private investigators! I am not try to be mean just get a point across.
