I think boards of this kind can afford to keep their subject matter loose. Gardening of Petunias after all may be peripherally related to mine financing and Wildcat's properties. You never know.
It follows. Wildcat wants to placer mine or at least look at some placer mining situations. You use a shovel or hoe to mine placer in some situations. Hoes and rakes are used in gardening too, and petunias grow in gardens. Many people own homes, and gardens are a nice accessory to a home, expecially in the city. For most people then, petunias have more of a hands-on feel and may exist closer to their area of expertise than the placer mining cycle. So petunias may be a related or allowed topic. In addition Petunias are cute, colourful and women like them. Most male posters like women, and colour too. They usually own computers, and computers do colour graphics so computer graphics, and programs that do computer graphics such as Corel Draw are allowed. Corel had a honcho from England, and his wife is fr. Canadian, so fr. Canadian posters may want to add the occasional post in french about pink dogs and software companies.
