I think they are holding back new shares until the D falls off to hold the price steady.
Think about it, it makes sense to hold the new, higher pps and use that as a launch pad for a news campaign once the symbol is back to CVSL.
If we all had tradable old CVSL shares, some would be selling and since the D is on the symbol new buyers are scarce so the pps would naturally go down and then some panic selling might take place and we could be at pre rs levels.
