Two things I can think of. The previous PR said that the installation was "underway". Secondly you were speaking to a "Night manager" and said they "did not have any knowledge". Having worked in the industry, most night managers don't have much knowledge of most things. I'm just saying.
I got the chance to stay at the Doubletree in Omaha this weekend, I ask for an upgrade to a Tivus equipped room, was told they do not know anything about a Tivus equipped room, Night manager did not have any knowledge of Tivus whatsoever.
