We should all be glad that we have a BOD who (immediately following the settlement of the state case) stepped up to the plate and scheduled a shareholders forum. This event was, as i understand voluntary, not mandatory and primarily for the benefit of all those vested. Most 'criminals' would not have wasted their time or their money in this manner.
On Saturday I expect reasonable answers to all reasonable questions. Some of the best news we can hope for is that we're back on the pinks by COB Friday. And, IMHO when that happens you can expect a formal, written announcement of the details of the T-mobile settlement. Not before.
