If I had tons of shs to sell on a stock I would short it at same time too.

So, its not easy "us" beating in situation like this..but if it happens we sure can get nice bounce.

I would like to see some odd number of shs at ask or go below bids ...kinda indicating that that was last of what he has to sell.
