Looks like they are going to call the new company Seeker Technologies Group.
At least they have goals set up.

I liked the sound of mineseeker, but then, we were told that there were huge contracts just waiting for a signature, I believe that Jeff's original goal was to have mineseeker, right here, and it looks like, after much detouring, it has ended up here. Congratulations to him......
What will happen now to the shareholders that he was so committed to helping, I don't know. Everyone seems to have been tugged and torn and destroyed, inside and out, and now it remains to pick up the pieces and put them together and see what is left of all the good intentions and promises, and assurances.
Hopefully, good will happen now, for all parties involved.
