Hey phis i get your concept here but I find that when drawing trend lines, if a high point was reached on extreme volatility like on this one, I usually discount it. If that is taken into consideration then the trend line is not accurate.
What should co-inside with your resistance trend breaking is volume increasing. That makes a solid breakout.
In this case volume has remained flat.
It doesnt look like its going to sell off any further, but also there is no buying pressure either.
