#11644 RE: Cardinal Grammeter #11618

Cardinal:
According to the FAA registry site, the IL78 isn't flight certified. IMO, it's going to be expensive and even more expensive every day that it's sitting and deteriorating. Also, IMO they will wait until a contract is executed so they will have an income stream from it and recoup the expenses. Manual translation is probably one of the least expensive items on the list.
I don't think Gary Fears is active in day to day operations of TADF any more. Even though he has a high percentage of shares, he and a few others would only detract from the professionalism of TADF at this point. Some assurances would have to be made to Tac-Air that they are somewhat removed in order for any merger to proceed. TacAir has an excellent reputation and I'm sure they don't want to be involved with TADF unless they are sure that there won't be any cons or games played that might damage their reputation. The fact that they are moving forward with TADF now gives me confidence that TADF is really trying to move away from anything that isn't squeaky clean.
Just my opinion, but based on many hours of research and DD. I encourage everyone to do their own research and dig, dig, dig till they can make sense out of all the data.
