The ten year treasury note ... as the rate on the ten year is collapsing .... IMO it is signaling DEFLATION ..... delationary periods are not a good environment to own hard assets such as real estate ..... think MMPI ...
Also keep your eyes on APP as it looks like it's headed for liquidation and it's the biggest tenant for MMPI .....
BTW, looks like there's been an application filed for MMPI to pay pre exisiting legal fees of one large minority shareholder (now a MMPI board member) .... you gotta be kidding ... looks like an entitlement attitude for the new BOD of MMPI ... if one board member is allowed to do this you can bet that all of them will be trying to dip into the MMPI equity kitty ... another bad signal to keep your eyes on ...
I feel really bad for all the MMPI minority shareholders that are now trapped on a titanic ship of a non publicly trading company ... as to every minority S/H who voted for C/T ... IMO you are getting what you deserve for lacking the vigor to apply your intelligence and being complacent in exercising proper fiscal judgement in voting for C/T ......
The BK court may have really blown the MMPI confirmation with it's decision .......
MMPI is basically a private company now with no public trading in its stock .... I have MMPI shares that absolutely need to be sold so I can close the book on this lousy MMPI BK reorg ...
As soon as the first real or serious bidder shows up for MMPI I'm going to hit the bid ..... cuz I want to get short more GOLD ....
