im just a bit upset because i can't Buy more shares of CWRN or even if i wanted to Sell i can't without a nonsense surcharge because of the stupid Penson/Non-Dtcc issues,

so all people that are trading and has a broker that clears with Penson has the same issue, so this is a big reason why the lack of volume, this would be a perfect time to MERGE or UPLIST

i think if Bob would change the Cusip number it would change and it would become DTCC eligible, im not sure did'nt research that subject yet, but i did ask DTCC directly but they are lazy and sent me a vague comment and links LOL ...

but i did some research the issue of Penson and Non-Dtcc eligible stocks and the real reasons behind this whole mess.
