Net-Man......true, but the auditor's timeframe/workload is also a consideration. They are always on deadlines, so they work them accordingly. Responses to information requests often yield new questions, and so on. Then after all appears to be finalized, there are several levels of approval that are required within the auditing firm itself.
When you combine that with the current skeleton crew situation at FASC, it is a recipe for an extension.
I understand how you feel and don't disagree....but given all of the current factors, I'm fine with that at this stage as long as the reports are filed timely.
