Here's a theory as to why the stock fell on the 25th - and it has to do with those pesky stock sales by shareholders. OOIL's daily liquidity was enough to soak up daily sales by stockholders. But when they were held up for two weeks by the transfer process it created a backlog, which when it hit overwhelmed the stock’s ability to absorb. So the PPS saw a drop. But since the company is doing so well on the fundamentals (so the theory goes). this actually creates a buying opportunity. Just an idea, but hey…
