You are misleading abit about the convertible debentures. As you know Item 9 of the Form D also stated that the offering will consist of equity sales as well as convertible debentures. Based on the financials, I believe they have only used equity offerings through April 2011. We'll see in two weeks how much was used for each "type" of offering from May-July 2011. I believe I've proven the type used for the Form D offer was equity...can you show me proof that convertible debentures were used? Until you can, you need to state in your posts that a combination of equity and convertible debentures are being used to raise capital for katx.
