I wouldn't worry too much about that. Dealing with raggertail is as big a problem as Marine p20 has had in dealing with the plastic in the Pacific. These problems are easily dealt with, you just avoid them. Next scheme?
No. Any metal is separated at the pre-melt and only liquid plastic enters the reactor....the metal is removed at the pre-melt....simple concept....just sayin'
