Oh LOGO isn't VOD... they have widespread carriage on Basic tier

Which is a substantially harder tier to get on then premium tiers are...

Which is why they had to move off a less used Viacom channel to do it..

but the result was great carriage coming out of the box on June 30

Which is a plus for Q IMO

I'm leaving the VOD issue alone for awhile unless more data pops up that supports my stance on it
