I think they are working on a major deal of sorts...the company has NEVER been this quiet for so long...EVER. couple that with the all the i dotting and t crossing with the amended filings and DH telling people we are still on track but being 100% tight lipped besides that.

to me, nothing else makes any sense at all. i will patiently await the m other of all news as i think it IS coming.

Latest filing Explanatory Note: This 10-K/A amends our Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2010, which was originally filed with the SEC on April 1, 2011. Second last filing same thing only for 2009 and filed in May.
The Comp has been rounding up its admin which turned out to be necessary. An excellent starting point for what's gonna follow.
