The financials are a very important clue. It doesn't matter what they are only that they be published and filed. It means they can now move ahead with their plans with what ever they are. This is fantastic news. Brace yourselves action is about to happen. One possibility is a multi merger. This is the fastest way to get up listed. Just a guess. I have been in the market for over 60 years and have seen this before. Lets see what develops.
