Surfrider, that is rather obvious, I know you don't file class actions through the SEC. I think Bruno's earlier statement about waiting for the SEC was in seeing which way this thing goes. If the SEC decides to take action against them and is successful in doing so, that would strengthen a case for one to pursue.
