He uses the words 'tout' and 'promotion' a number of times each, doesn't he ... i wondered if somebody might see that as pejorative, i don't really, that's exactly what an exploration play is, is a promotion to get the financing to advance the project ... it's just a matter of quality - there are good touts and evil touts ... i see SK in a white hat, and Will never really hints that it might be soiled, or even dusty -g-
I did learn a couple of things ... name of Amax's original explorer, and the fact that it was a new property - i thought there had been historic production there, small-scale and near-surface[?] ... can't recall how i got that idea though ... maybe the little old mine was some distance away
Generally i like Will's pieces for the background, the way he puts it all into perspective with what others might call ancient history and deem irrelevant ... i think it's quite relevant, can't begin to guess the future until you have a grip on the past and a clear picture of the present, imho ....
