I agree. We are still early into the case. I guarantee you if the other side has something to hide (and we know they do) there will be many more stalling tactics by them down the road. If we do them the courtesy of cooperating in the beginning on these little delays we can tighten the noose in the future on the bigger delays. That's how the game is played.
