Also make sure you have your homework done on your calculations. Further once you have this done please expect the numerous NASDAQ and NYSE I can easily provide that blows your concept and cheap shot using lesson 6 from a 101 course on evaluation securities. ALso you realize this is an unregulated market and you whole concept and spin means nothing unless all variables can be obtained to form the calculations.
As far as me getting stock ... I have not gotten stock but I have options at $2.215. So any compensation would be based at $2.125 as the aggregate. ALso I got this back in 1999 when I was an employee of CBQ. But all this is disclosed and has been. Nothing more regardless how you wish to paint the picture. But I wish I could get some stock since I have been unable to buy since October 2000.

As far as the other stock what does that have to do with CBQI. WHy should I sell my CBQI and buy up the other? I am the IR for both and that is not an option is actively trade the securities.
