Corect, and if these shares were added to the O/S on these dates, then haven't they ALREADY been sold? I'm not sure how today's PR was designed to enable more shares to be sold if they've ALREADY been sold. My understanding is that they can only sell 5M more shares through convertibles, 504s, whatever, before they max out the A/S. Hope I'm making sense.
