I think the discussion is going into the realm of "should it have been PR'd this morning". I know that there is no way of knowing either way if the deal has officially been closed, but there was an expectation (Perhaps an unreasonable expectation or even unfounded) that there would be a PR today. Yes...there is no way of knowing either way. I, personally, was expecting a PR today, (However, the day isn't over yet.)so I am a little disappointed. However, I also acknowledge that it is strictly an emotional response. I don't make my decisions on my emotions.

I'll be holding. They have been pretty diligent about releasing their 8K on the first of the month, so at the very least I think that we'll see that tomorrow.

I will change my wording, I am disappointed, as are others, that on a day that Mr Fong put out in his PR, as of right now, at 11:05 am est, he has not put out any news.

I would have thought, that since he has been very prompt in giving information, whether good or bad, on the dates he has imposed on himself....that something would have been released this morning.

Whether I am right or wrong in my personal assumption,

I am still surprised that no information has come out today....
