Listening to you two, it is
very difficult to tell where the future of LUSI lies.
It could be a pump and dump (after all, the SP has dipped under .10, today,) or it could really be a new beginning if, for example, the LOI becomes an acceptable contract.
For me, it has looked good enough to buy in. I'm aware of the risk and, for now, feel it could go either way.

You continue to make excuses, but so far LUSI is mirroring the performance of every other company run by this group. No results and a stock price heading for sub-penny. Deals always in the works, but no revenue to show for it. The float has increased from 8.4 million shares in April to 11.8 million shares as of yesterday. Why is that?

Technological risk?
Every business venture has risk. Some management is able to turn the risk into success while others let the risk run their venture into failure. Steve Jobs at Apple was able to turn the technological risk into a venture with a stock value of less than $2.00 a share to a high of over $400.00 per share.

There are generally four groups of management –
The ones that always succeed.
The ones that succeed more than they fail.
The ones that fail more than they succeed.
The ones that always fail.

In which group does LUSI management belong?
In the last 25 years how many business ventures did management have and how many made money for investors and how many lost money for investors?
