Also, the PR didn't say - hey shareholders, you'll get a PR on the 31st. It said deal would be closed by the 31st. It could be a week or so before we hear of it.
I have a bridge for you to buy when you are done waiting for this one. It's 8/31. I don't care if it is not the end of the day yet. This should have been PR'ed or someone should say they are or are not hitting THEIR SELF IMPOSED DEADLINE.
Get it - this was commitment when they PR'ed the deal. They miss it, then it is another bad mark on the management.
When is this board going to make these guys accountable.
