Would it make more sense to skip the companion diagnostic and screen for all three at the same time?
I believe you can screen for all for less than what Pfizer/Abbott are charging for their official fda blessed ALK Dx.

Screening for EML4-ALK, EGFR, etc.

I think technically the best way to do all these at once is to use quantitative RT-PCR. Response Genetics (RGDX) is probably the best pure play on this:
