I believe IMO John sold some of his shares in the open market while the pps was around 24-28.that propably pisssed MM and the merger was finalized with out John!!

This part is more interesting....this is not new info. Check out nodummy discussing this same thing in February. Auditors knew about this way back then as well. My guess is John S. tried to get SLMU/Mike to pay for BS debts John claimed SLMU owed. When the auditors looked at these past debts they probably said those debts are made up crap John tried to slip in the books, don't pay them.


An agreement (one agreement) was put into place on December 7, 2010 with Sunlogics, Inc. and Michael Matvieshen. Past and present debts of Salamon Group Inc. are to be paid in this agreement of December 7, 2010. Payments of this agreement have been in default to Space Globe Technologies Ltd.
