Without a doubt this lame excuse is absolutely reflective of the negligence that led to the questionable decisions on the OTS/FDIC

This is not a good move on their part as far as getting in good with this judge's mindset on the matter at hand

We again are talking billions of collective dollars and these guys are messing around like its a general meet and greet at work
