I am ill informed here about SEC rules and the like, but would it be possible to simply quickly control 50 % of the stock? as one buyer or in terms of a group of buyers to avoid reporting issues if that is even a factor with an unlisted otc penny stock? Would it even be possible to buy 50 % of the stock slowly at under 15 cents? Just curious.
We haven't seen enough volume yet to draw any conclusions about the recent price movement. The only thing that can be said is that there has been in the last few days sufficient interest in the company to generate more buys than sells. That has pushed the price higher.
