The disclaimer from 7/28/2011 (post #9970 and others from that day) read in part as follows:

PHAR ~ Stock Legends was compensated $8,000 dollars for a one day promotion.(Third Party)

Since this is reported as third party, PHAR should not be the entity that is liable to pay this fee. This could be Howard out of his own pocket or another party but not PHAR if the disclaimer was reported accurately. Quickdraw007: Can you clarify this without breaching your agreement?
