Precisely, the only jurisdiction that can interact with the flesh and blood man is The Common Law; that of LAWS and sworn statements of injury. Without that, they got nothin'. Use of force to compell action is going to turn around and bite them in the ass.
No act, regulation, statute, code, or legislation IS law. Not one.
One must CONTRACT to act as/for the fiduciary trust, the idemsonan, the fictional entity, the sub-corporation to be liable UNDER such ordinance. A Sovereign stands BEFORE the law, not under it.
No lawyer, court, or official will tell YOU the real ground rules. It's an adversarial situation. So YOU must KNOW what are your rights before the law.
Bottomline: There are two simple laws:
1.) Do as you say you will do, as you say you will do it. This is contract law.
That why you MUST be super cautious what you agree to and comprehend THOROUGHLY all agreement are in essence "contracts" know who what where when and how is involved before signing or agreeing to anything.
2.) Do no harm to any man/woman/child, or their property. This is the law of torts and trespass.
Understand this and you will know what real freedom means.
But we MUST be of clear mind and precise words to defeat them.
It's like a magic incantation. One wrong word and you could be screwed. Be peaceable, but confident, stand your ground, knowledgeable, but not smug, command control, insistent you be recognized on the record, but precise and laser sharp. Don't ramble and sound stupid.
