So if there is a merger, will we see an audited report? IIRC, a merger requires an audit of the SS.

It is pretty comical.

At this point the name of the game is share accumulation. WL and the CEO of the other company will set the share price based on assetts, SS, ect. They will come to an equitable number that is fair to both companies. Not based on ihub posters penson concerns, lol.

If it is the company we think it is there will probably be a dual listing. Of course, that probably wont have much affect on pps either.
