Do it the way you want. But I myself would NOT call BRIAN, he lies. Call William, heck, he may not know that MMTE is on the list and Brian may be keeping it from William.

Ask it simply, MMTE is on the DTC ineligible list, WHY??? and then wait for the run a round you will get.
