That may be true. But properly noticed, that beat down will cost an officer his job, his reputation, his belongings, his wife (more than likely, after all, who wants to live with a pauper in prison, plus as a beneficiary she can be sued too) and possibly his freedom and/or life.

One who knows the law pulls no punches. That is one seriously dangerous MF to the rank and file status quo.

Federal law 18 USC 1961 bans engaging in a pattern of crime. When state and local officials in essence extort money, they are committing federal felonies and are in essence "racketeers" as per the law.
