I think you got it exactly right. Think about it people. We know WL has said this lawsuit is frivolous. We also know that the plaintiffs want to hurt mmte and the pps. What a better way to do it than file a complaint or useless lawsuit to not allow people to buy the stock or at the least cause problems. From the plaintiffs point of view, they may think this helps their cause.

Likewise, there are some speculations now that the suit has become personal now and not based on business/investing decisions.

This is just another good buying opportunity.

That is correct jkm. As I said in my first post, the TA said there could be a "million reasons" (his words, not mine) for being on the list, and it could be for as little as one person sending in a complaint to the SEC.

The only concerning thing is that we've been on it since May of 2010 which predates the lawsuit (so we know that it's not because of the lawsuit... or at least not exclusively because of the lawsuit), and MMTE hasn't fixed the problem yet.

Never the less, it is what it is, MMTE is too risky a investment now considering everthing that is going on in the courts and now a chill! IMO MMTE was a bad investment before all these problems; this just puts up a skull and cross bones on this stock. Invest wisely dealing with this one. jmo
