Never was any buy-back! Investors were the Buy-Back. Roxy and Emax has never had any money, only when she sells shares and goes to the Bahamas. Nobody ever saw any Financial Filings showing any Emax earnings or any buy-back, and nobody ever will see any! This is just imaginative way that Roxy manipulates NEW investors. That, plus "Dividens are mailed to the Transfer Agent" and will not arrive to investors accounts for another 3 years!
I speak from 4 years experience with Emax, and of course all IMO!

The buy back is not done and is on going and will keep going till they meet their goals. This has nothing to do with the company moving forward and doing great things that will be announced at the proper time. The O/S structure keeps getting better every day. The goal is 500,000,000 shares to be outstanding or better. Try and focus on the things that will contribute to the bottom line. I am limited to 2 posts a day so I really can't answer questions here.
